Privacy Policy

What we hold, why we hold it, and how to get rid of it.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and business details you enter.
• Website content — what you ask the builder for, and the versions it produces.
• Communications — records of calls to your number, emails to your business addresses, and messages from your contact form, so they can be delivered to your Discord server.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser, and what was requested, kept for security and to diagnose faults.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Why we hold it

To run the service you asked for, to keep it secure, to enforce fair-use limits, and to meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to deliver the service: hosting, telephony, email, payments, and the AI provider that generates your website. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Call and email content

Calls are bridged live and not recorded by us. Voicemail is stored by the telephony provider and linked into your Discord server. Emails to your business addresses pass through our mailboxes so they can be delivered to Discord, and are stored so replies can be threaded correctly.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. Technical logs are kept for a limited period. When you close your account we delete your content, with the exception of records we must retain for accounting.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, for corrections, or for deletion at [email protected], and we will action it.
