Terms of Service

The short version: use it for a real business, do not abuse it, cancel whenever.

The service

Anchorhead builds and hosts a website for your business, provides a phone number, provides email addresses at your domain, and connects both to a Discord server you control.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has got in.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything illegal, for sending unsolicited bulk email or calls, for impersonating someone else, or for content that harasses or endangers people. We apply automated limits to the website builder, phone searches, and number purchases; these exist so one account cannot spend the platform's resources or run up costs. Accounts that repeatedly hit those limits may be suspended.

Payment

The subscription is $60 per month, billed through Stripe until you cancel. Cancel from your dashboard at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for time already elapsed.

Your domain and number

Your domain is registered in your name at your own registrar and stays yours. Your phone number is provisioned for you and can be released or ported out on request.

Content you generate

You own the website content produced for you. You are responsible for it being accurate — particularly any claims about services, pricing, licensing, or credentials.

Availability

We aim to keep everything running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Third parties (hosting, telephony, email, AI) can and do have outages.

Ending things

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will let you know by email before it takes effect.
